Platform and security settings in the panel
Authorized roles manage infrastructure and security settings — such as the map, real-time connections, B2B matching, and audit-log retention — from the organizer panel, and every change is written to the audit log.
Automatic sign-out when idle
In the organizer, exhibitor, visitor, and supplier web portals, the session closes automatically if there is no activity for 60 minutes by default. A countdown warning appears before it closes and you continue with “Keep me signed in”; if several tabs are open, the session closes in all of them together, and after signing back in you return to the page you were on. It reduces the risk of accounts left open on shared computers, such as at a booth or registration desk, falling into someone else's hands. The scope is the web portals.
