Event Management is QEMENT’s core: the backbone where operations are defined from fair series to individual sessions. Once configured, it feeds registration, map, exhibitor, finance, and B2B modules.
Reusable event types and the cloning wizard carry last season’s configuration into the new one; you carry over participation rules, packages, content-language policy, venues, and locations from the past season, then recreate the program/sessions and registration links in the new event to get it ready faster.

Event cloning wizard
Pick a past event and tick the data groups to carry over; dates shift automatically and progress is shown live. Files are copied independently into the new event, and registration forms and the map start as drafts, so you decide when to publish. Transactional data such as applications and registrations, as well as program/sessions and registration links, is not copied and is recreated in the new event.
Program and session management
Plan conferences, panels, and side events by hall and time; changes sync across channels.
Participation rules and packages
Auto-apply application rules; define participation packages and add-on services.

Per-event TR/EN/FR with one default; UI locale stays separate from content language for international consistency.
